Setup

How long will it take to set up my website?

We can have your website up and running in approximately 2 weeks. Simply provide us with a few photos of your shop and answer some basic questions. We will take care of the rest.

Will my website be consistent with my brand image and logo?

Yes. Your site will include a professionally designed custom header, a color scheme carefully chosen to match your brand and supporting imagery such as background images to fit your industry.

Can I add some customizations to my website?

Yes. Although most of our customers find that their PISTN website’s many features and admin dashboard already fulfill their needs, we would be happy to discuss any extra features or information you may desire to add. Advanced customizations are possible at reasonable rates.

 

Billing

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Pistn has a simple one-year contract followed by a month-to-month agreement.

How do I pay for the system?

Monthly system fees are charged to your credit card or bank account at the beginning of each month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Any other services or products ordered are payable at time of order and will also be charged to your credit card.

How quickly can PISTN respond to my problems or questions?

Pistn representatives are available anytime Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will normally get back to you within 24 hours of your call or email.
